What am I supposed to do with these?
I don't see any place to use them.
You use them at the Token Shop on unique honor bars + merit

If you've not been taking part in competitions you'll most likely only have enough tokens for the first few bars. They're definitely worth getting for the merit though.
i like to buy the first ones so i could get lots of merits
Just make sure you know exactly where you want to spend merits on; its still quite expensive to reset them.
Is it just me or did the price get hiked?
I can't tell if my mind is playing tricks on me or not, but im pretty sure the first three bars used to be 3, 3, and 4 tokens respectively...
