You do not get a Book every month, you get one on average every 2 or 3 months, and I believe as you collect more it may be longer than that.
Or do you mean you did not get your Subscriber rewards on the 1st?
Your will have had two items left on your doorstep, those are your items for the month.
If there wasn't a book there, just gotta wait til next month.
