Vault sharing not working

Hello Since buying a private island my wife cant use the vault as it seems the enable buttons have disappeared. I have cleared my cache and even used different browsers and computers to see if that made a difference including ipads and mobiles but still no radio button

What to do?

Different area affected, but let's try to keep all the radio button issues in once place if we can.

i Have raised in that section but nothings happened yet. How long does it normally take?

If you've posted that you're having a similar kind of issue then it is just a matter of waiting until the developer has a chance to isolate and fix the issue.

If they post there asking for more information then post what they ask, but not all bugs are things that are resolved overnight, sometimes it can take months and months for a fix to be prepared. Sometimes the issues can't even be fixed at all in the current systems.
