im starting to get into a habit of working and I'd like to know if anyone has any tips to help me get the best usage of my time?
Tip #1 stop calling it "working out" start calling it practice or training.
What are your goals sir?
Best tip if you're just starting is take it easy, and WARM UP *(and down after you're done) you can save yourself a lifetime of pain and discomfort. The saying no pain no gain is true, but not all pain is gain - some of it's just pain lol...
If you pull something or a joint hurts when you do an exercise, just stop for a couple days, or until it doesn't hurt when you do it. Joints cant be replaced and take longer to heal, so just be smart, and start from the bottom - do what you can, not what you can't.

Hi there, thanks for sharing the above video. I think pushups, rope jumping and treadmill can be helpful.
