Ok, so i'v been talking with a player through Torn's FB page. He seems to be able to login but anytime he tries to navigate a page he get's the screenshot im about to post.

I'v already gone through everything i can think of. Clear cookies, cache, etc. Flush DNS. Refresh and try diff browsers, etc. etc

He has tried on his phone, laptop and Desktop. Does it on everything. Same location. Reset router multiple times.

Desktop is win 7 and laptop is win 10. His name on fb page is (Come to Me for this info). And his profile in Torn is Renamon [1897567]

I'v ran out of idea's so hope this will help. Either someone from here can go straight to him on torn's page or can go through me to get to him i guess. He couldn't even get to bugs forum.

If your client has reset everything they can on their end, have them call their ISP and see if they can get a new IP range assigned to their account.

I believe Torn requires mandatory compliance with SSL now, and since nobody else seems to have this, it will be localized at the very least in their route to Torn from the router gateway.
