For a non druggy that Is probably the fastest time to get to 4b balanced. (Don't know about Leuky, but I don't think he has all stats above 1b)
Also I still find it impressive you finished all crime merits by this age as well....

Sorry, don't remember how long it took to unlock SSL.
For 1 B total, it took over 5 years. Could have been faster had I not wasted a lot of energy on 8000 busts in the old system.
