Sometimes, when your turn to shoot comes up, the button to shoot does not respond and you end up timing out and losing the match. You can try to refresh, which makes you have to watch the last round take place and then will sometimes allow you to take your shot.
Biccy and I played 4 rounds and we each had this issue once.

This only affects the single shot button, the multiple shot button is not affected. No error codes show up in the developer console of any kind, but there is also no command registered as the button having been clicked, only the regular 3 second refresh from the game while you are playing RR.
