Do you not think that if you rent a private island you should have the ability to use the vault after all you are in what is considered your home while you are a tenant there?
AshleyT [1432316]

Personally, yes, locking off this feature makes very little sense. As long as you paid for it, should have access to the full property until it is tile to leave.

Only one issue, what happens if you leave money in there and the rent expires?
FancyPants [1957207]

I think then its the chance you have to take and you loose it. Just makes it a bit dangerous to use but still an advantage. Anyone else got some thought ton this?

Makes sense if i rent a property with a vault that i can make use of the vault, same way you can make use of an airstrip if the property has it..

I say yes, and if 2 people are married and the time expires I think the money should be sent back to the people that put the money in (ex. player 1 deposits 2mil and Player 2 deposits 3mil. They will then both get back the amount that they deposited)
PFang [1990284]

yeah my thoughts exactly! :) if people are concerned with the scenario that the lease is up and they lose the money they deposited, what could be a shout is if the money is automatically returned to the players once the time is up much like a bank investment - so the money you deposited can be withdrawn

A person spends 900m/1.7b on a PI, there are some benefits that should be reserved for an owner only.

Don't think it should be inplemented no matter how close to reality it is. The PI owner lose their edge this way, creating an unbalance.
FancyPants [1957207]

The island owner is already gaining rent on his or her investment, allowing the renter to use the vault while they are paying rent I don't see as making an balance issue. But I appreciate your opinion of course how ever different from my own;
FancyPants [1957207]

Or if they do turn on the vault for the renters perhaps it could come with the risks, I will have to give it some thought and will add it to here later.
Charnock [505030]

I don't see why not tbh. Although any money left in the vault at the end of the period should go to the landlord or Duke. It'll only be a select few that happens to I imagine though.
Adrenalinas [1974447]

it can he hard to do if:

A person put 1 b

B person take 1b

A person put 500m

and then rent is over

so in this scenario person A will gets 1,5bill and person B will gets -500 mill

it will be used to make moneys with multi`s in this way:

person A puts money person B takes out and send them back to person A and then person A puts them again and it repeats, so in the end of rent person A gets a lot of money and person B will be left with huge debt.

So yours suggestion is really bad, because it have to big exploit opportunity.

Anyway I rate + general idea that you can use vault if you rented property with it.
Adrenalinas [1974447]

you don`t read mine post (how it can be 2,5b in total)

if in person A put just 1,5b in total and person A takes 1b. you just give person B 2b from airs (1b he takes for vault and other he gets after rent)

R-

I think that if you want to use a vault, then buy the property!! what will be the benefit of buying it then??
FancyPants [1957207]

The benefit is that if you aren't living in it you are able to rent it out and build equity or wealth as they say. Seriously don't be hating on us renters ! :)
