did the inactivity start and end more than 5 years ago? cause your graph shows at least some minor activity every click along the way: [image: puu.sh]

Not meaning to cast suspicion, I just think it's a slippery slope if he does start crediting refills for past inactivity. Or perhaps there's a bug in the graphs? Those are very small activity increases ... if you go down …

I'm not sure what stats I was looking at, but I was clearly mistaken. I see no spouts of continued inactivity on the personal stats graph. Sorry, I've removed the 250 refills - although the report did lead to me …

but i heard about refills when your away for a long time how come i dint get any?

dit i miss something cause i'm pretty sure i have been away for some time in this game.

Can be i am mistaken and i'm sorry for that but i would like that you take some time to look into that cause i can't remember getting anny.

started playing again in April not sure how long I was idle but I have been idle many years total don't know exact dates tho sorry.

at the risk of derailing the thread and going off on a tangent not related to bugs, does anyone know exactly/about how long one must be inactive to gain refills, and once that amount of time passes how many refills are earned/rate of earning refills?

You get one Refill a week.

But it's relatively recent. If you were idle for a period 4+ years ago then you won't qualify.

For very old users, who went inactive many years ago, it may have skipped. I've credited you with the capped amount and fixed the issue.

His account is 12 years old so it could have ended more than 5 yrs/ago, but you've cast some suspicion for sure - especially as he just got credited max refills. lol.

It's like barely a few hundred seconds of activity every week ... but it is activity. They'd have to check the logs to see if he was actually doing something or if the system was somehow logging activity where there was none.

If you're logging in daily, even for seconds, you're not inactive. Inactive is not logging in.

Maybe I'm wrong, but seems like you never really went inactive looking at all the graphs for prior to April and backwards, as you were logging in most days and other activity.

I had made a comment on Networth, but the biggest jump was in April and you said yourself you were back, Basta, and there are fluctuations before that, but that could be changes in stock values if you hold stock.

Been logging in regularly for 6 months. So seems like activity wasn't really looked at, but maybe I'm wrong. Not sure Staff examined before passing on to Ched. Nothing against you Basta - I don't know you.
