You received 61 refills for the recent stretch it appears. This system was only added fairly recently. There's probably thousands of users who have taken years out of Torn and then returned before the inactivity refills system was implemented.
Yea, but none before that, thats why i ask :) not sure about the rules here, but fine, that means the "system got implemented" about 3 years ago? And no refills eligable for the time before that?
