just wanted to ask if it is only one time use or there is a way to refill "Refills" ?
One time use only, unless you go inactive, then you get refills. You also have point refills you can use once a day.
After how many days of does it counts as inactive ? And is it one refill per day?
I heard 1 per week but i dont know where to look or how to verify. I avoid being off longer than 12hrs...
if i'm not wrong, after being inactive (not log in even for 1min) for a month, you'll start getting one refill every Week , to a max of 250Refill
But its not worth being offline for that much time; refills don't make up for the time lost.
It could be though if the op's stats are low enough... Say you get 20 refills and then save up to get 99,999 happy.... But generally speaking there isn't a practical benefit if you are past the point where happy dominates the stat gain equation.
