A bit over a week I have been getting kicked out of the game. When I go away from the game for more then 2 hours and I refresh the page it tells me that I can't be logging into 2 places. I changed my password but I still got kicked out after 2 hours but no message. 1 day after I changed my password I started getting the message again. I have never noticed anything change in my account. Before I started getting the message I could be off line for 5 hours and not need to log in again.

Do you have 2fa turned on or any other security systems for the account activated?
Not logged in on any other devices or anything like that?
I do have 1 other device that I logged in once on the first day after it happened and I have talked to my real life partner and they haven't logged on. The other device has been off since I did that 1 log in on it. So I don't think it is that. It has showed up before but only once in a blue moon. The time I have logged in now has been 5 hours and 12 minutes and I got no problem. First time I have had that in over a week.

Is there a way to see if other IP addresses are logging into my account?
You've been logging in on the same IP address (Australia) since 18th (you logged in once on another Australian IP).
If you've been getting logouts since then and you're only using one device, I think it's browser related.
What browser are you using?
Are there other accounts being used on the computer you're using perhaps?
I'm using Chrome on Android and I'm also getting kicked out reasonably regularly of late. I'll travel and refresh the screen to see how long I've got left (after a period of inactivity) and find I have to log back in.
So it might be browser related?
You're only ever using that browser on your Android for Torn - not logging in on any other device or browser? No incongnito?
You're definitely getting that "You cannot be logged in twice at the same time" error? When was the last time you got it?
I'm using Chrome. Since I have stopped using the incognito mode the message saying that I can't be logged in twice is only happening once a day. Still getting kicked out a lot. I'll use a different browser for the next couple of days and see if the same thing happens. Also I'm the only one using this UP address to play. Chrome did have an update not to long ago.
I occasionally use Chrome on both my work and home computers, but generally it's on my phone - and never incognito.
I have gotten the logged in error in the last day, it's just kicked me out. I'll let you know if and when I get the logged on error again.
If you're logged in on one browser, and then login to another, then go back to the first one, it'll show that error. That is expected and working correctly.
Normal Chrome and Incognito Chrome are two separate browsers in this case.
I think it might have something to do with chrome. That's what I have always used. There was an update a bit before I noticed this. I have been using a different browser for the past 2 days and have not being kicked for any reason other then not being on for a very long time. So my problem would be chrome and not this game.
It happened to me again approx 5 mins ago.
It might have had something to do with changing from mobile internet to WiFi?
The issue is caused by creating a new session, if you login, any previous logins will expire with that error.
