A 93-member faction and an 100-member one, how many hits do they need daily to keep the war alive?

A total of attacks equivalent to 25% of the memberbase of the smallest faction involved has to be hit daily between both factions.

(so 24 in this case (as you can't do 23.x attacks)

Do you mean that each faction has to make 25% or can a single side do those ones to keep it alive?

We got that info that it had to be 50%. That would cause problems
