i work in a software cooperation,today i used the special of scouting a company's bank account,when i pressed the button,nothing happened just it gave me a sign as if loading the result but nothing appeared(i got a screenshot),i opened another tab and found my points are gone useless,so please help me fix it and retrieve the points back,i got the tab still opened and the screenshots also available.please and thanks.

sorry its not that clear,but because the tab on the laptop i shot it with my mobile,look at the special,normally when u press it,it tells u to put company name to spy,then the result appears,i put the name i wanted,then this happened,no result,just loading thing under it(shown),i opened another tab to check my points,50 points were gone,please fix it and thanks!

I'm also unable to replicate on Chrome. Which browser are you using?
im using mozilla firefox,not chrome,and it usually works just fine,but this time i dont know why it happened:/

If you cannot provide the necessary information to recreate and prove this is an issue and not a misunderstanding you've had, it would appear so.
