Mine also wont open back up. I can move its position to where ever on the screen, but when just clicking on it, it doesnt open.
Have you cleared your browsers cache / cookies? Also, does this happen on another browser?
No, and I refuse to use any other browser :o
Are you using the newest Chrome?
I do not have any issues on Chrome 59.0.3071.115. (Not the newest build)
My problem seems to only be effected on Chrome. Not sure of the version. But I was able to open the stat bar back up in firefox, and now it shows as open on chrome too.
I get this same issue on mobile.
You have closed it via your other device (I.e on your mobile phone) go back to this device and log in to torn and you should be able to open it up there
Passing to Chedburn now that it is confirmed on multiple devices.

it's displaying my stats but not being drop down, just fixed. which is fine actually. I like it.

Ok actually, new issue.
