I cant chat my spouse, I am not blocked I've cleared cookies...I can't send or recieve..

Do you get the message that says you have not recently interacted?

No message, the issue was only firefox, it works on google, I deleted and downloaded firefox and seems to be working now. Seems not a game issue but a browser issue.
