Mentions: Territory attack not joining the wall
There were some checkings added to the territorial war replacement during war member attack. Please let me know if this issue still appear for you.

He was in our faction when we had the issue. We have not done any more territory war after that + he gone inactive again so you might aswell close it.
Closing report for now in this case.
