This is the security panel. Here you'll be able to manage two factor authentication, add a mobile phone numberand set your date of birth and security question. We highly recommend you keep this information up to date in order to ensure the security of your account, and the ability to recover it if you should ever lose access.

The IP address you're currently on has not frequently been used by this account in the past. To access your security panel please login to your account on one of your regular devices or networks.

I am getting the above even though I have accessed Torn from my current local for a couple of months.

And you log in multiple times every day with one device then?

The system is supposed to learn new locations the more you log in from them.

I've had this issue as well and I only use one device. I had to use the 2-factor today to login. Shall I report this as a separate issue?

Did you move to a new IP address recently?

Or have you been getting this exact same message for a while from the same location as well as same device?
Brandysoured [1542579]

I tend to stay logged in with my desktop and use the portable device as a back-up. I will be changing my location and logging in from a different country soon, just to muddy the waters a bit.

I'm not getting this today but have in the past week or so: The IP address you're currently on has not frequently been used by this account in the past. To access your security panel please login to your account on one of your regular devices or networks.

I had to authenticate to log in about an hour ago, I have only once or twice used a different device and that was a while ago before I'd set up authentication. I haven't used a different device or used it from a different location since then.

As I said above, the system is designed to learn new locations the more you use, so if it has gone away then hopefully it will not come back.

If it does, please start a new topic, these issues are usually related to each individual person and require account checks.

Try to let the system learn the new location, if you are there for a week or 10 days and regularly using one location and the system doesn't learn it then we can push it up for a check.

I will close this ticket until then.
