Like it is now but with a new crime system and more faction stuff to do.
Other little additions as well like new mission agents and hopefully 1 or 2 totally new features.

I can see it now: Almost nothing changes aside from a few small tid bits, #Soon becomes a trend on the forums and chats, people riot about how they can't do all this stuff, everything is nerfed, you know the shit that's happening now.

It will be like GTA5 but better utilising Virtual Reality. Ched will release VR contact lenses just for this purpose so that Torn becomes a part of every day life. By 2025, Torn will be challenging Facebook for the most hits a day and he will be richer than Gates and Bezos put together.
However, we will still be waiting for drugs 2.0 but he will continue to assure us that it will be released.....soon.
