i previously made 2 suggestions about same , but i got replies and rating down by many members esp Uniq owners , few Mods and some frm COmmittee

Uniq properties costed alot , i myself had to pay 75 Bil. to get one after that frm prev owner

i 'm surprised that u got that much approval and rating up on the same suggestion i made but response was totally diff

i like the idea but still i see raising happ tht high would mk them very close to Uniq , still in price very low in comparison which won 't be fair for Uniq owners unless Admins decide to compensate them with much higher happ or the diff in price

Adding 'Large' and 'Huge' variants feels way too easy for me. It doesn't feel right.

I'm open to adding new PI only upgrades.

Unfortunately it's kinda backed into a corner with better housing. What else could it be besides a small country and Continent? Perhaps an alternative is renaming the houses and allowing the top noân unique to be the private island

If that's the case, then use the same upgrades but add additional cost. The idea is to add a few things to work for as well as giving something for richer players to spend their cash on.
  • Olympic Sized Pool: $500,000,000 (effect: 3% to gym trains)
  • Superior Sauna: $300,000,000 (effect: 5% increased crime success chance)
  • Large Hot Tub: $100,000,000 (effect: 100% increase happy regeneration, so 10 happy every 15min)
  • Large Open Bar: $500,000,000 (effect: -10% alcohol booster time)
  • Superior Shooting Range: $500,000,000 (effect: 3% damage)
    Advanced Shooting Range: $1,000,000,000 (effect: 4% damage)
  • Advanced Medical Facility: $400,000,000 (effect: 2% hp regen)
  • Superior Yacht: $1,200,000,000 (effect: 775 happy + another merit)
So total additional cost on top would be $4,000,000,000 for a fully kitted out PI ($3.5b for superior shooting range PI).

I'm not sure how to make PIs with these upgrades non-tradeable/non-rentable though. The idea having these extra properties restricted like that was to give people a personal goal to work towards and be proud of rather than just renting one, as well as not devaluing the current PI/unique property market. I figured it would be easier to just add these as new properties and restrict them as such.

Obviously too expensive for me but it does seem like a good idea. Regardless of whether this is the direction torn goes, it does seem like new properties are needed or some sort of reorganisation of the property system.
