This happened because you was mugged slightly before you put money to the vault. However both transactions passed, so this ended up in negative value.
its a fault of torn not of myn , I have lost money after its been banked clearly as it shows -28 mill on my screen , why should I have to lose the money after its been banked , ive been mugged plenty of times after cash has been deposited and this has never happened, clearly theirs a bug or error ,
this game gets worse every year , staff don't resolve nothing always closing reports and issues that need to be looked at , u don't mind taking money off people for donator packs , but when we lose the fake money u don't give a crap literally ,
I would like a reply aswell another thing staff are apaling at
the "bug" was explained to you. your screenn didnt update fast enough, something the profile page update aims to counter

There is no bug, you was mugged just before you put the money in the vault (as Pavel told you...) but since they were both really close, they both passed - leaving you in negative money. Taking the money that you were mugged of out of your vault will leave you with the correct amount. :)
