sorry if this is another thread with answers already on it, but how many races do i need to do with an E class car to start getting points to upgrade? is there a set amount or is it i have to literally win every one i do?

In an official race, 1st place gets 3 upgrade points, 2nd place gets 2, and 3rd gets 1. Car class doesn't matter.

You start at Class E:
With 25 total racing points, you move to Class D.
With 100 total racing points, you move to Class C.
With 250 total racing points, you move to Class B.
With 475 total racing points, you move to Class A, and you receive a merit point.
