How to bounty when flying

I stumbled upon this by accident. While flying, the option to bounty someone from their profile is usually disabled with the message "You are not in Torn" returned if you try to click the bounty option. However you can still bounty a target by browsing to the bounty section of the newspaper from your laptop and clicking "place a bounty on someone." You then have the option of typing the target's name and inputting the bounty amount.

Some probably were aware of this but this is for people like me who thought it not possible.

Are you sure this isn't just a bug? (i.e. perhaps report it). I made a report about a year ago because bountying was available via direct link and that was fixed.

I'm sure staff has seen this thread and if it were a bug they'd have already advised me to report it. That's my assumption.
