I thought as I'm such a high value employee, I would make my own thread.



I am currently #95 in Work Stats Hall of Fame

My stats are more focused on Intel, however, still capable at doing any job at maximum performance.
  • Manual labour 161,209
  • Intelligence 275,765
  • Endurance 156,090
I'm only currently looking at Oil Rig jobs.



And I'm only looking at the very highest offers.

I have references from a variety of company directors, so there's no need to be concerned at my loyalty.

When I am ready to leave, which won't be for quite some time, I will also look for my replacement, including helping in offering loyalty/production bonuses to my replacement to make sure I am not replaced with a waste of time.





Remember guys. Oil Rig only, and high offers only.

My rig dropped one star because of 3 innactives, i replaced 2 and i sill need one more. my highest pay so far is 1.5m for people with more than 150k int/man. but for your stats i would do 2m for now. will increase it after i do a couple ugrades.

I have 3 offers so far, however I'm still looking for more.



I will also work alongside the director in recruitment and engaging less active players to ensure they don't drop stars very often. I will be looking into the offers more around 6pm tct tonight, so keep the offers coming! :)
