When looking at ruslan21 [2008133] rank in HOF it says they are level 100 but when you go to their profile they are only level 1. They are Rank #38607

Refresh your cache and browser cookies and try again.

Test with 2nd browser too if possible.

If it still happens provide a screenshot.

Ruslan21 is a developer's account (or was), there may be something hardcoded in for that.

Will have Chedburn decide if it is an issue.
