No , see if something happens that isn't supposed to happen then it must be user error, it's impossible for something to fail (a bug) and you're silly for even asking for it to be checked!

Blood type can never change, it's not possible.
I believe it changed because I saw the blood at the price of 50k in my iventory (for O-) and now its 30k (for O+) and I also remember going to the market to check out the price of my blood type which was O- (I know that could be a change in the price, but i dont think this was the case) just want to make sure.
Cant you just confirm it at least?
