    I just had the exact same thing happen,but I could see a "broken image" icon.I right clicked on it and tried "View Image" and it said it couldn't load the image as there were errors".

No changes have taken place on my pc. Has not even been turned off in a few months. Today i noticed this little nugget.

This is trying to access the crimes page.
Tried reloading it, Tried Ctrl and F5 and still no luck.

Will check back tomorrow and see if it works then.

Same. I've tried switching browsers and clearing cookies. It's just the image captcha, you can change to the text version or reCaptcha to get through it though.

Been this way since yesterday evening. Just love using the text captcha, as it's so often wrong. Sorry, but April IS a name. Nothin' spells ridiculous like having to guess 3 times at a poorly worded question and wait for the lockout.
