You have to message a Staff member, and ai believe there is a 3 day wait period, before you can fully delete it now.

deleteting - I'm in love with this word. Don't deletete yourself, it ain't all bad!
You might have a legit reason, in which case, you can find a list of staff in the city. Otherwise logging out is a special magic trick that might also work!
Message an officer staff member (green name) they will go over the standard stuff explaining what it means and asking you to agree. You'll then be given a 2 day waiting period to change your mind.
After that if you still wish to delete you'll let them know and they'll self fed you.
I would however suggest just logging out and not playing, if you wish to quit that shouldn't be too hard.
