Pretty simple, clicking the main 'Help' link (next to the TORN logo in the upper left corner) consistently gives a '500' error.

The Wiki is under maintenance, at the moment. You'll just have to be patient.
I think there's an archived version posted in General Discussion somewhere though for use in the mean time!
