Alright well after what seemed like hours of conversation with my source i have finally convinced them to let me use the screenshot of Nova's report on Stretch, if Psychotica / Nova find out who this was then i really hope that you don't judge them for it as they were only doing what they thought was right. I'm sure deep down you two know that too.

No clue, i don't believe nova pasted those logs to people but i'll ask anyway when they're on discord

discord cos stretch will probably find out who it was if i asked them on chat

I saw it yesterday evening already and have already commented on the matter.

You can also see from my posts that I did alter my tone of voice and agreed with JustJanet.

Champ Snowden the creator of Tornwikileaks. Champions karma isn't zero'd yet or banned, something must be true otherwise its harassment of a staff member and he would be punished already.



If stretch is a good staff member and made a human mistake, Why not be honest? Make a adjust to the private chatbox so it cant happen again. Private chatbox logs only visible for chedburn and have a Preferences that allows you to make them visible for all staff members in case of harassment/problems



I can imagine its hard for a staff member not to make a mistake. Maybe they know stuff nobody else knows... How can you not use knowledge?

If mistakes are made there should be some honesty.

In all seriousness though...

It's a really tough spot when you have a good or even great worker who you catch taking advantage of the company. We had an a shift lead and her boyfriend that colluded to try and sell a bunch of pizzas and pocket the money. They were a pretty good combo and actually had customers commenting on their service (although in retrospect if was prob because they sold them cheap pizzas). Their food cost was stupid high one day and I found a used ticket sheet (around 12 order fit on a sheet) that didn't match any of the sheets for that night.

It sucked having to let them go.

It'll be interesting to see how this is handled.
