So i rented 2 properties, one Mansion and one Palace....My mansion comes with a 1.5%+ gym gain..but my palace does nothing...basically wondering which property has what bonuses or what upgrades will give me bonuses.

The pool is what gives this bonus. Large pool boosting gym gains by 2%
You only get the bonus of the house you're living in.
Other bonuses include:
+2% damage (shooting range in ranch or higher - except palace)
+1% life regen (medical facility+ doctor in castle or higher)
30% faster travel time and 10 extra items able to be held overseas (private airstrip in private islands + pilot)
