No it's 5 of each stat at 1 star. 10 at 2 star, 20 at 3 star, 35 at 4 star and 50 at 5 star.

1. Director earns work stats depending on how many stars the company has. (10 work stats each at 1 star, 50 work stats each at 5 stars. Cap is 50 work stats each so extra stars dont give more stats)
2. Company stars are earned and lost on Sunday

I just recall stars affect stat gains but not the specifics.
