    You will have to go through Account Recovery to reset your Secret Question, as staff can not, and will not reset those. It's all automatic now.

Good day, Torn staffers!

I have recently completed my 2FA and set my security questions.

However, when I go to answer my questions, it is telling me that my answer is incorrect. I know it is correct, as I wrote my answers down on a post-it note.

I have tried on another browser as well as another computer, and did everything I could to rectify my own issue. (I am a computer technician xD )


I am hoping you guys can reset my 2 FA so I can re-do it or assist me any other way.

I was just looking, and it seems like they will both do the same thing. They go to the same place, with the same text etc. Hope you get it sorted. :)
