A suggestion? It either was a demand, or it wasn't. If it was, it's harassment and should be reported by the player receiving the demands. If it wasn't, then this is nothing but gossip.

All true, but this is a fun game, if you can play it. But when you are hopelessly being bullied. It is less fun.

It's not a great way to play the game, but if someone is threatening to hospitalize you constantly for money just tell them to have fun with it. Paying them would justify it to them. Getting annoyed or upset about it does exactly the same. Don't give them the satisfaction of letting them know it bothers you. Tell them you'll spend 2 billion on meds before you send a single dollar their way and they'll move on to bothering somebody else.
