You'll just have to buy them from the market; I'm slowly selling what remains of my stock and after that I expect the price to rise even more over time, unless fruitcakes become a drop in christmas town again in which case the market will be flooded with tens of thousands of them and get a massive price drop.
This mission was added to reduce the number in circulation, eventually more must be added, otherwise they will run out of stock eventually.
In case you still need it... I really should stock up on these!!

You can't bake one, I bashed my head around this too. The only option would be buying or convincing someone to give theirs to you. Also, maybe, if you're in a faction already, you can check at the faction's items if maybe someone donated one.
If any of you got spare fruitcakes, I'm open :)
