Try using incognito mode please and see if the issue persists.

Please try removing your addons and clearing the Chrome cache.
Update?
no change. after clearing everything its still gone
it seems to show up briefly when I switch pages within the site.
Makes it sound like a script
Edit: Does ad blocker do anything?
Adblocker wouldn't do anything unless they were blocking that element, which would be a random thing to do.
Try removing addons one by one until it shows up.
If it shows up in incognito then something else you have put on has to be the cause of the issue.
Not sure what fixed it, but as of this morning it is back :)
