I am terrible at designing things..... is it against the rules to pay torn money for someone to design a Christmas Party Invitation for my kids party and pay torn money if someone is up for it? I can go buy them at the store but I wanted something cute not cookie cutter :) I am lame at computer graphics! I can throw down cakes and cookies all day but graphics lol!! Not a chance :)

There's no changing the rules.
Although you can arrange to talk outside of torn and send some £/$ over paypal if you would like something made, just as long as it doesn't involve torn.
It might be a good idea for you to message a staff member and ask them for a definite accurate answer, or possibly ask in the Questions & Answers forum. I don't think they check the Graphics forum too often.
i check the graphics forum every day, and synk gave the correct answer
if its for outside torn you cannot pay for it with torn money
Torn graphics are for torn, so it is allowed to pay with torn money
but if the graphic isnt for torn, you cannot buy it with torn money
not to say someone couldnt do it for free, out of the kindness of their own heart
