Only me in the fight, but player was beaten by someone else. When I got out of the fight, he was not in hospital and had roughly the same amount of life he had when I attacked him.

When I tried to attack him again, he was on a plane to Argentina.

He failed a crime while you were attacking, which put him in hospital. He then medded out and flew away.

It took him 18 seconds between medding out and taking off on the plane.

No bugs there, just bad luck on your end.
