It looks like a one-way trade, he gave you TCP x1,000,000 at $399.53 and TGP x2,500,000 at $85.18 for free on 05/06/16?

Hmmm yeah if I remember at that time I became director of a faction company, the previous owner passed to me the "company" TCP/TGP stocks to get the perks. That is why it was one-way trade.
