Tried to attack someone and that message popped up.

I wasnt in hospital or flying at the time and neither was the guy i was attacking, i tried to attack him twice and that message popped up twice.

Was connected to Server Php2

The time was after 3pm and before 4pm

Yep thats the one.

When i wanted to attack him it would let me to click "attack". On his profile it didnt say he was travelling.

They were able to start flying while you started the attack? Or perhaps their profile was opened for some time?

Idk but if they were flying then shouldnt their profile be updated.

Wasnt there a update where u cant fly when being attacked.

Lastly im just asking as the sign was on the wrong person
