i own a faction and when i hover over my members faction icon on their profile it says they are the leader

he sold me the faction

You'll both need to refresh your icons.

Preferences > Icon settings > Refresh icons

Those are special refills, they instantly fill your energy or nerve.

They are given out when a player goes inactive for long periods to help rhwem when they return, or in special circumstances by administrators when needed.

You are too new to have been eligible.
