See Staff Notes is usually a sign that the account has been compromised and the original player is not in control of the account. He could be unfedded at any time

You carefully move up to Jaiden's property and throw the roll of toilet paper over the Private Island. After several throws, you're happy with your fine accomplishment and make your getaway. Jaiden'shappiness is decreased.
