What are these comics on the newspaper?

I am very new on this game. Today I checked the honors and saw an extremely rare honor about getting your comic published in the newspaper, so I checked the comic list. Like two of them were about the same subject, women dressed in pink suits. I just wanted to know what this was, as I am a curious person and this made me laugh.
