Charging a small fee with no actual track record?
It doesn't have to be huge money... But until you start making predictions and showing some results, why would ANYBODY put their trust in you with THEIR money, not only that... get charged for the privilege.
Feel free to post your predictions any big/small bets you make, and if they come through or not... Then if you build up a bit of a reputation we might be talking.

If you want to apply for a graphics designer job, you need to show a portfolio. What is your betting portfolio? Lets see what you're made of.
You're going to have to throw out some "free" tips so people can see how good you are or it's not going to work out for you.

In all seriousness, with as many free tips people give who have a proven track record, I don't foresee many people paying a brand new player for tips that hasn't proven they make solid predictions
