Just make sure you send the mail under his account instead of yours. Sometimes it's tricky to remember.

As long as you are not sharing accounts, there is nothing stopping you from playing together.
If you share accounts, we will be able to determine it and will remove assets accordingly.

You and your brother can play together, you can send each other stuff, you can trade, you can play how any two individuals normally play. However, if this is just an idea to feed another account unfairly be prepared for the banhammer to strike. They will catch you.
