You do realise the lottery jackpot was so high mostly due to a couple of people... Person in question being one of them...
They won because they bought a HUGE amount of tickets, they took the risk if one of their tickets didn't come through and losing billions.
i believe people like him are some of the best players, he is level 47 in less than 300 days thats hell of an achievement and a lot of time invested in the game.
But whatever the lottery was completely fair (atleast this time) i believe. just think about what would happen if a someone won and got fed time.

I was in for close to 20% on that pot :)
So yeah, risk investment that paid off. Sorry that you feel that entitled.
The next time you want to win the lottery, just spend 3-4b to get enough tickets like the rest of us did. Even then its not a guaranteed win, and still a fairly low chance (20%).
