Hi. My yc friend granni0 is 1680298 has had her account locked. She has tried many codes but also admits to messing up several of the security questions. She is nearly 86 yo in rl and most likely one of the eldest 2tb players. Anything you can do to help her recover her account would be much appreciated. Sent on of granni0

The only way for an account to be recovered now is by going through the Account Recovery system. They won't manually unlock accounts any more, it's all automated.

Unfortunately this does not meet the criteria to bypass the recovery system. She must wait and try again.
