Santa Unresponsive

Hi there,

Have run into Santa multiple times today but he is unresponsive. Walking around him doesn't initiate any action, through him neither. Have tried clicking on him and around him as well. First time I ran into him in CT I didn't have to take any action - just walk up to him. Please see screenshots attached.

Have you walked through him and a message shows up saying he already gave you stuff?

same issue for me, but i have understand that people, including santa and grinch don't move "in real time" on my computer, with different browser, same issue, i have to refresh to see the "real time" santa positions and try to determine where we can meet as they don't move till i refresh the page...

Hi Katie,

No messages have occurred since the first time I ran into Santa. The icon is just unresponsive. Additionally there's nothing in my inventory to suggest that I did receive a gift and just no message appeared.

I've had the same issue for three days now where santa says he is reluctant to give me anything today

snowball shooters doesn't work at all on IPhone
