Bug with email subscriptions

So, Tried unsubbing from the lame George emails. Don't want them, don't need them. Unsubbed from them after the first or second one I think. Actually, I unsubbed from all emails. Anyways, It doesn't seem as if that took hold at all.
Depending on where I access the unsub menu, the options available are also different.
Via PC I don't get the option to unsub from those George emails
Via mobile, when following the unsub link from my email, The option is there.

Is there a time delay for that to go into effect? If so, would it be possible to have that clearly listed on the unsub page?
If not, then I would really like to not receive any emails unless otherwise specified.

I have screens available, but for some reason, I cannot utilize your odd system. I'm expecting an upload option to find the filepath, etc.. instead I get some funky source, image description, and size definition box. File upload worked fine for the profile though..

Read it again. See the part where I explain the unsub options look different depending on if I view them on PC or my phone? What part of that to you indicates that I haven't checked out the simplest task of checking my subscription settings. How would I even be aware of an issue enough to post on it if I haven't actually checked those screens?
I even said that I have screen shots available, but this system for image inserts is counter-intuitive.

The options look the same to me, on PC, and on phone? Images vurrently need to be uploaded to an external hosting site (link must be inserted with png / jpg format). There's a couple suggestions in the 'How to create a screenshot' thread at the top of Bugs & Issues. Perhaps with the new editor that's being worked on, this'll change - but, for now, it works like that.

You could also just post the images you have in your profile photos as well instead of inserting it into this bug report.

That's my mobile view

My PC view looks the same as the images listed by others.

And if that link doesn't work (I don't have accounts to imgur or whatever), I did upload the photo of my mobile view to my photograph section in the profile, as OP suggested.

I would think that having that newbie email system is a bit redundant anyways. It's spammy, it doesn't tell you anything you wouldn't find out on your own, and well, it's nothing that people really want to read or be bothered with.
I'm sure you guys thought it would be awesome, but features like that aggravate or annoy more than they help.
Still getting those emails btw.
There's also no set time in which they seemingly arrive.. had one at like 10 am or so yesterday, and then I got one at about 6pm tonight. Something seems pretty off with this whole george system.
