I have spun the Roulette wheel 1000 times but have not yet received the Honor Bar for the same. It has been around 10-15 days since I achieved 1000 spins, so the merit must've arrived by now.

I refreshed the page multiple times, nothing happened. After that I spun the wheel a few more times and within seconds, the honor arrived.

Issue resolved. You can close the bug.
